Wednesday, September 10:

4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.   Place classic corvettes inside Westgate Show Room 

6:30 p.m.   Dinner at location to be decided as a group 

        Thursday, September 11:

                   4:30 a.m.   Set up with TV-4 Morning Show 

                   5:30 a.m.-7:00 a.m.  Live on TV-4 

                   4:00 p.m.  Set up at Westgate for Caravan  (club booth, direction signs, etc) 

                   4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.  Public arrives for registration & lining up of cars 

                                                 (food vender available) 

                   5:00 p.m.  TV-7 Live News from Westgate Chevy  parking lot.

                   5:30 p.m.  Opening Ceremonies recognizing our Veteran’s, Firemen, and Military

                  5:45 p.m.  Mandatory Driver’s meeting

                   6:15 p.m.  Caravan pulls out of parking lot 

                   7:45 p.m.  Caravan returns to Westgate Chevy 

                   8:00 p.m.  Corvette Club Cleans Up Westgate
